If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Resolution Promise)
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

For any confirmed issues, our primary goal is to get you the product you wanted as quickly as possible. Our standard resolution is to ship you a brand new replacement, completely free of charge.
General Returns (If you've changed your mind)
If your item is in unused, new condition and in its original packaging, you may request a return. To start a general return, please contact us at pawperfecthome@gmail.com.

Refunds
Once a refund has been approved as the resolution for your case (either for a return or a damaged item), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
